FREE Exploratory Session
  • The first exploratory session is free
  • It's a chance to hear what your needs and wants are for coaching, and discover if we're a good fit for each other
  • This session is 40 minutes


Drop-in hourly rate is $95

 Schedule an appointment any time you want no need to commit for a specific frequency of meetings, or big upfront investment
  • 30 minutes is $45
  • 90 minutes is $140


4-Session Package 
  • Save $80 when you buy a 4-session 
  • the hourly rate goes down to $75. 
  • $300 for the package ($380 value!)
  • this is basically "buy 4, get one session free"
  • 6 months to use up sessions


8-Session Package 

  • Save $240 when you buy an 8-session package
  • the hourly rate goes down to $65 
  • $520 for the package ($760 value!)
  • this is basically "buy 8, and get 2.6 sessions free"

Sliding Scale

  • I make room in my practice for those in need to receive sliding scale
  • fees are determined on a case by case basis
